Coated with the spicy flavored marinade and roasted, fragrant Thai drumsticks make a super delicious, Thai-style chicken.
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 orange - 2 tablespoons juice and zest
- 1 tablespoon Thaid red curry paste
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 8 pieces chicken drumstick (skinless)
Preheat the oven to 200C/fan and prepare a baking tray with foil.
Combine chili sauce, orange zest and juice, garlic, curry paste and ¼ teaspoon salt. Add the chicken and coat really well.
Place the drumsticks on the foil. Coat it with any remaining marinade and roast for 35-40 minutes until gold, tender and ready to serve.
