Fresh Vegetable and Egg Salad

The simplest, the freshest, the healthiest dish what you have ever had, but with a Thai manner – hottest.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onion (sliced)
  • ½ onion (sliced)
  • ½ tomato (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method

Step 1

Take a small frying pan, pour oil and fry the egg until it is golden and crispy. Then remove from the pan, drain all the oil form it and cut into bite sized pieces.

Step 2

Cut all vegetables, cucumber, tomatoes and onions, into convenient for you pieces. Season with fish sauce, vinegar and sugar and mix well.

Mix egg pieces to the vegetable mixture and taste the wonderful aroma of fish sauce, vinegar and sugar blended together. Serve for 1-2 persons.
