If you need Thai-made tastes, instead of home-made then follow this recipe. It is especially delicious with long beans.
- 1 small-sized chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 15 orange chili (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon coriander roots (chopped)
- ½ cup garlic
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ¼ cup water
Cut the chicken into small sized pieces with bones.
Crush the chilies, coriander roots, garlic, pepper and salt together.
Take a small fry pan and fry the paste in the oil for 5 minutes. Add water and stir well.
Add chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked-through. When the chicken is done, add the palm sugar and stir until mixed well.
Remove from heat as soon as it is ready and serve with rice.
