If you like ginger fragrance, than this one is for you. Simple and amazing from Thai tastes.
- 1 cup chicken
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/3 cup ginger (julienne)
- 1 cup mushroom
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Take a large sauce pan and add a tablespoon of oil and heat well. Then add chopped garlic and half of the julienne ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes.
When garlic turns to golden – brown add chicken and stir to coat the chicken with oil.
Add onion, the rest of ginger and mushrooms and stir well.
Add fish sauce and sugar. Stir for a couple minutes to cook all ingredients and let the ingredients absorb the fish sauce and sugar.
As soon as it is ready, remove from the stove and serve while hot with rice.
