Grilled Thai Salmon

Easy to make, ready in 15 minutes – the most flavorful fish salmon grilled and seasoned that tastes absolutely delicious and authentically Thai! It is tastes even better with rice or noodles.


  • 4 140 g salmon fillet
  • 2 teaspoons sunflower oil
  • small knob of ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 1 mild red chili (finely sliced)
  • a bunch of spring onions (finely sliced)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • 20 g coriander (chopped)


Step 1

Preheat the grill to high temperature. Grill the fish in a shallow baking dish for 5 minutes until cooked but still a little pink in the center. Cover and put aside.

Step 2

Heat a wok, then add the oil and fry the ginger, chili and spring onions for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 3

Add the soy, sugar and a splash of water, and then take off the heat. Top with coriander and serve immediately with salmon.
