Thai Fried Rice

If you want to clean from remnants your refrigerator, this is the best tasty way to do. And the result will be amazing – simple dish with Asian taste on you plate.


  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 3 cups pork
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Thai chili pepper (thinly sliced)
  • ground pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)


Step 1

Take a small sized frying pan and fry the eggs at first. As soon as they are ready with white and crispy ends, remove from the pan, drain oil and set aside.

Step 2

Take another medium sized frying pan or wok (better) extra hot, pour the oil and chopped garlic in it. Stir quickly and constantly. Add uncooked pork and wait until all juices drained form it will evaporate.

Step 3

Add cooked, warn rice to the pork and stir to mix. Sprinkle the fish sauce and soy sauce and stir to mix again.

Step 4

Add all the vegetables, except for green onion. Put fried egg aside; sprinkle with sliced green onion and white pepper and stir again.

Step 5

Remove from the heat. Set the rice on a serving plate. Sprinkle ground pepper and cilantro on top of the fried rice. Serve while hot with a piece of lime, sliced cucumber, whole green onion and chili fish sauce.
