Thai green chicken curry is one of the famous Thai dishes in the world and not very hard to make as it takes up to 20 minutes. This is a good way to impress your friends and family with this fragrant and creamy Thai curry.


  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 chicken breasts (small, skinless, thinly sliced)
  • 1-2 tablespoons green curry paste
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g green beans (trimmed)
  • 1 small cougrette (thinly, diagonally sliced)
  • 1 lime
  • coriander leaves


Step 1

Preheat a large saucepan with the oil in it. Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes until it gets little brown.

Step 2

Add the curry paste and cook for 1 more minute, stirring. Then pour in the coconut milk, stir and reduce heat to a gentle simmer.

Step 3

After cooking for 10 minutes add the beans and courgette. Then cook for 3 more minutes until the vegetables are done.

Step 4

Remove from heat to season with lime juice and coriander. Serve with boiled rice.
